Testimonials

Generally, when we practice Ba Duan Jin we will feel healthier, more energetic and happier.

We also find that we are more creative and insightful of our life’s purpose.

Over time, as we consistently develop our practice, we realize the following benefits:

   - Less need for medication
   - Fewer visits to the doctor
   - Fewer medical procedures
   - Better sleep
   - More stamina
   - Less pain
   - Better focus

Typically, the purpose of ‘medicine’ is to reduce or eliminate the need to see a doctor, that is, when we feel good we do not go to the doctor’s.

The good doctor honors our unique inner spirit by promoting health-enhancing life styles that renew our natural well-being. He achieves this goal by encouraging wholesome nutrition combined with physical exercise, such as
Ba Duan Jin to harmonize our body, mind and spirit.

The foundation of Chinese medicine reflects such a philosophy, that is, it supports health improvement, rather than disease curing.
